Standard shipping

This shipping method has a tracking number and you can make the claim at our email fb.shop@caramelfingerboards.com
The claim can be made after 30 days after making your purchase, but the final resolution will be after 60 days after making your purchase, this is because we have to claim your package from the postal service and wait for a answer.

Cheap with tracking number

It is the cheapest. This shipping method has a tracking number but can't be claimed. This means that if you make a purchase on our website, on the day of shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number, but if for some reason the package does not arrive, the customer does not have the right to request the money back or demand that a new package will be sent to you. This is because you chose the cheapest shipping method.

In the event that the client chooses the most economical regular delivery (Cheap with tracking number), that package is not claimable in any case.

Customs taxes that may be applied to different countries are the responsibility of the client.

Customs by law can hold any package entering your country for inspection for up to 90 days, please remember that this is something we cannot control. So be patient and wait.

We ship on Mondays. (In case it is a holiday, it will be passed to Tuesday)

The day of shipment you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. 

Once the customer has the tracking number, it is their responsibility to track the package. So that it is not returned.

The company we use is ¨Correos Spain¨, here you can check the status of your package by entering the tracking number (www.correos.es)

In case your package is returned to us, no matter the reason, the customer has two options:

 1- We send the package again at no cost the first time, but if the package is returned again, the shipping cost in case the customer wants us to send it again will have to pay it..

 2- The client can claim a refund, in this case the shipping costs will be deducted.
